Higher than average job and population growth helped Palm Coast rank among America’s 50 best cities to live.

According to the study, the number of jobs in the city grew by 5 percent from 2012 through 2014, considerably faster than the nationwide job growth rate of 1.8 percent. Despite the relatively high unemployment rate, the strong job growth is likely among the factors encouraging people to move to the area. Over the five years through last year, Palm Coast’s population grew by 14.8 percent, more than double the national growth rate.

One of the best kept secrets in this amazing community is Armand Beach. It is no wonder Armand Beach has become a sought after area to buy in, with it’s beautiful homes, secluded beach access and central location. It is 4 miles from Marineland, within 7 miles of Historic Matanzas Inlet and less than 1 mile from the inter-coastal waterway.
